What is 1NatCap?
1NatCap is an integrated principal-investment and merchant platform for natural capital. It aggregates origination, principal investment, financing, structuring, merchant activity, standards infrastructure, and data under one ownership structure. It is wholly owned by Entoro Capital, LLC, an investment bank.
How is 1NatCap different from a fund manager?
1NatCap is an operating holding company, not a fund manager. Fund managers raise blind pools and allocate. 1NatCap takes principal and agent positions, contracts and warehouses commercial exposures, structures securities through its regulated parent, and generates enterprise value across the full commercial chain of the sector.
What is 1NatCap's relationship with Entoro Capital?
Entoro Capital, LLC is the parent and one of several service providers. 1NatCap is the commercial owner and consolidator. The separation lets the group use Entoro's regulated capital formation capability and preserves the ability to separate business lines for a future listing or acquisition.
What are 1NatCap's operating verticals?
Four: methane and hard-to-abate decarbonization, natural capital land and agriculture, sovereign outcomes, and data, standards, and price discovery. Methane is the lead vertical. Land and agriculture, sovereign outcomes, and data expand alongside as verticals mature.
What is 1NatCap's design horizon?
The design horizon is a public listing in three to five years or a strategic sale to a qualified acquirer. Everything is built to pass public-company and bank-level diligence from inception.
About Investing
Who can invest through the platform?
Institutional participation is generally structured for qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A, accredited investors, and non-United States investors under Regulation S. This website does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Eligible investors receive offering materials through the secure OfferBoard portal.
What is INCH?
INCH is the group's principal-capital vehicle. It is an operating company that deploys capital deal-by-deal through ring-fenced special purpose vehicles. Investors see deal economics before committing at the deal level. Please see the INCH sub-page under Services for more detail.
How does 1NatCap earn revenue?
The platform earns across three channels. First, principal returns on deployed capital. Second, merchant margins on originated, contracted, and warehoused positions. Third, platform, data, and intellectual property revenue over time as the informational layer scales. Regulated activity revenue remains with the appropriate regulated affiliate and is documented separately.

What is 1NatCap's position on voluntary carbon markets?
We view the voluntary carbon market's institutional era as effectively closed. Standards through 2025 established that sovereign authorization is the institutional pathway for outcome-linked instruments. We finance projects and structure instruments that qualify under that authorization framework.
Does 1NatCap operate its own registry?
Registry infrastructure is provided by Capturiant, an affiliated service provider with mandatory verification firewalls. Verification and assurance functions remain independent from origination and financing functions.

What is the Natural Capital Institute?
The Natural Capital Institute (NCI) is the standards and sentiment body affiliated with the 1NatCap ecosystem. It is governed at arm's length. It does not endorse or approve 1NatCap products. It advances market-level standards, taxonomy, and disclosure practice.
Who can join NCI?
NCI membership is free and open to any qualified market participant. Financiers, developers, standards professionals, sovereign representatives, verifiers, insurers, and academics are all welcome. Membership does not confer any commercial benefit from 1NatCap or Entoro.
